"Tusks of Fury" is the signature W-Engine of Caesar King, and it's an incredible W-Engine for practically all Defense role characters in the game.
It provides Impact as its primary stat, which is very useful since Defense characters often act as stunners in their teams. This, of course, becomes even more beneficial for characters like Caesar King, as she strengthens her shields based on this stat.
The passive couldn't be more interesting, as it increases the shield provided by the bearer and also helps boost both the damage and the daze effects that all our characters perform. This allows our character to provide even more support to the team, which is always a welcome addition.
