AttackSteel Cushion is Nekomata's signature W-Engine, making it an incredible option for her. Fortunately, this W-Engine can also be equipped by almost all Physical Attackers, as it provides a good amount of Crit Rate and an increase in Physical Damage, which is very attractive for this type of character.
However, I have some reservations about the passive this W-Engine provides, as it offers a significant damage boost on the condition that you attack enemies from behind. This can be quite cumbersome and not easy to achieve, since enemies usually turn towards you unless they are stunned, which is ideal, of course.
Why is it so good for Nekomata? Because she already has mechanics that make her attack enemies from behind, and if you have her at M1 (where she can make incredible use of this W-Engine), all her attacks, regardless of direction, will be considered as hitting enemies from behind.
