Anomaly"Sharpened Stinger" is Jane Doe's flagship W-Engine, and it's quite impressive. Not only is it an excellent W-Engine for her, but it also works well for any Physical Anomaly character like her, such as Piper Wheel.
This W-Engine provides Anomaly Proficiency, which increases our damage with Anomalies. It also boosts Physical Damage through marks that are accumulated by performing dashes—a mechanic that is easily utilized by any character, but is particularly advantageous for characters like Jane who use dashes frequently. Once all the stacks are acquired, it also enhances the rate at which the character applies Anomalies, effectively acting like Anomaly Mastery, which is obviously highly beneficial for characters in this role.
