Defense"Peacekeeper - Specialized" is Seth Lowell's signature 4-star W-Engine, and it's an intriguing choice for Defense Specialty characters who benefit significantly from Attack stats, just like Seth.
It’s notable because it also boosts the energy regeneration of the wielder, which is useful for all characters in the game. However, it’s particularly effective when equipped by characters commonly used in Anomaly and/or Disorder teams, as it also enhances the character's Anomaly application.
As you probably know, Seth Lowell excels in these types of teams, making this W-Engine (unsurprisingly) an excellent option for him.
