Flamemaker Shaker is Burnice's signature W-Engine, and while it's designed specifically for her, it can still be useful for other characters, though not at the same level.
This W-Engine significantly boosts the damage of characters who land multiple hits through their EX Special Attack and/or Assist Attack. For each hit, you gain a stack that increases damage for 6 seconds. However, the real power of this damage boost comes when the character is off-field, making it ideal for DPS units that deal off-field damage through these types of abilities.
Moreover, once you reach 5 stacks (with a maximum of 10), you'll also receive a boost to Anomaly Proficiency, making it even more relevant for characters who can consistently land multiple hits with the mentioned abilities—especially those that deal off-field damage.
