AttackCannon Rotor is the W-Engine for Specialty Attack characters available through the paid Battle Pass in Zenless Zone Zero. Despite being a 4-star W-Engine, it is not an option for F2P players.
It's a pity, really, because it's a very interesting W-Engine due to its great versatility. You can practically equip it to all Specialty Attack characters.
This is because it provides CRIT Rate as its Main Stat (an extremely rare stat to find on a 4-star W-Engine) and also a bit of ATK% passively. This alone establishes a very solid foundation since practically all Specialty Attack characters benefit greatly from both stats. Additionally, it features a passive effect that, while not as exciting in my opinion (but every little bit helps), allows you to perform an additional hit every few seconds based on your attack.
It's undoubtedly a very intriguing W-Engine. However, the downside is that you'll need to pay to obtain it.

Increases ATK by 7.5%. Attacks that land a CRIT on an enemy will inflict an additional 200% of ATK as DMG. This effect can only be triggered once every 8s.
Increases ATK by 8.6%. Attacks that land a CRIT on an enemy will inflict an additional 200% of ATK as DMG. This effect can only be triggered once every 7.5s.
Increases ATK by 9.7%. Attacks that land a CRIT on an enemy will inflict an additional 200% of ATK as DMG. This effect can only be triggered once every 7s.
Increases ATK by 10.8%. Attacks that land a CRIT on an enemy will inflict an additional 200% of ATK as DMG. This effect can only be triggered once every 6.5s.
Increases ATK by 12%. Attacks that land a CRIT on an enemy will inflict an additional 200% of ATK as DMG. This effect can only be triggered once every 6s.
