Zhu Yuan is an Attack Specialty character with Ether attribute, capable of dealing substantial damage primarily through his powerful charged shots, which he can fire upon obtaining Enhanced Shotshells.

The key to this character lies in using his abilities to accumulate Enhanced Shotshells and then holding down the Basic Attack button, which will unleash several powerful charged shots.

An important aspect of Zhu Yuan is his significant advantage when attacking stunned enemies, a common trait among Attack Specialty characters. Additionally, it is crucial to always pair him with a Support character (regardless of their Faction or Attribute). This pairing allows Zhu Yuan to gain an incredible amount of CRIT Rate for 10 seconds after using his EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate, making it relatively easy to maintain this bonus 100% of the time.
