Soldier 11 is one of the S-rank characters available through the Permanent Banner. She is a fire attribute DPS (damage dealer) character who deals significant damage, but you need to play her skillfully to maximize her potential.

The most important thing to know is that when using her Basic Attack combos, you should press the button for the next combo hit just as the previous hit finishes. This timing allows you to perform a powerful enhanced fire basic attack. This can be a bit cumbersome, but fortunately, you can bypass this requirement by using her Special EX Technique or her Ultimate, which allows you to perform two full combos without needing to press the button at the exact moment.

She can deal very good damage, and despite being a character from the Permanent Banner, she is definitely worth it.
