Ellen Joe is the first promotional character introduced in Zenless Zone Zero, specializing in DPS with impressive damage output.

One of her standout features is the ability to enter a sprint mode, allowing her to move swiftly across the battlefield and execute a powerful Dash Attack when needed (which can also be a Dash Charged Attack). These attacks generate stacks that she then uses to enhance her Basic Attack and imbue it with Ice. This is her primary source of damage, especially the final hit of the combo.
