Ben Bigger is the first Specialty Defense character in Zenless Zone Zero. He is part of Belobog Heavy Industries, and his attribute is Fire.

Ben can provide shields to his allies, and those shielded by him gain a bit of Crit Rate, giving him a valuable support component. Additionally, despite being a Specialty Defense character, he can perform well as a stunner.

What makes Ben particularly interesting is his exceptional synergy with Koleda Belobog. When paired together, Koleda's skill set significantly improves as Ben enhances some of her abilities. Since Koleda is a stunner, teaming up with Ben allows them to stun more effectively and deal additional damage.

The issue with this character is that, in general, it's often more beneficial to include a Support in teams where you would otherwise add Ben.
