The Wind-Soaring Valorous

"The Wind-Soaring Valorous" is a Relic Set from Honkai Star Rail, introduced in version 2.3 of the game. While it's not bad, it doesn’t quite appeal to me, and I'll explain why.

This set starts off strong by providing ATK% and CRIT Rate, two stats that are generally very valuable, especially for DPS characters.

The most notable aspect of the set is that it significantly increases the Ultimate Skill damage of the wearer for one turn when they perform a Follow-Up Attack. The issue is that characters who frequently perform Follow-Up Attacks usually specialize in the damage from these attacks rather than their Ultimate Skills (although some, like Himeko, do deal decent damage with their Ultimate Skills). Consequently, this set is not used as much.
