Passerby of Wandering Cloud

"Passerby of Wandering Cloud" is a Relic Set designed for healing-specialized characters, and while it's decent overall, it's more commonly used for the 2-piece bonus than the 4-piece bonus.

The 2-piece bonus grants a 10% healing boost, which is ideal for characters from the Abundance path. This is especially useful for healers who don't naturally heal as much, with Lynx being a prime example.

The 4-piece bonus, while not as impactful, is still worth considering because it provides a useful effect. Essentially, it gives you 1 Skill Point at the start of battle. While one point may not seem game-changing, that extra point can be extremely helpful for getting a stronger start in fights. This effect is particularly noticeable in teams with high Skill Point demand.
