Longevous Disciple is a very niche Relic Set geared towards DPS characters who increase their damage based on their HP%, which isn't the most common build in Honkai Star Rail.
The set was introduced to provide a suitable option for Blade, but as of today, there are no other characters who can make good use of it. However, it's true that many characters, especially Healers, can equip just 2 pieces to gain a bit more HP.
