Rutilant Arena is a very interesting Planar Ornament Set for those DPS characters whose main source of damage lies in their Basic Attack or Basic Skill, as it provides a significant damage boost for these types of attacks. Characters like Imbibitor Lunae or Jingliu would be good examples.
The most important thing to note about this Planar Ornament is that its effect will only activate if our character has at least 70% CRIT Rate, so reaching this figure is essential. In this sense, it's worth mentioning that the set itself provides a +8% CRIT Rate to help reach that goal, which is fantastic.
