Penacony, Land of the Dreams" is an Ornament Set in Honkai Star Rail that enhances the abilities of our teammates more than the wearer. However, it also provides a slight improvement in our Energy Regeneration Rate (although very slight).

We boost the damage of our teammates by 10%, but only those who share the same element as the wearer of this Ornament Set. Therefore, it is ideal to equip it on Support, Healer, or Tank characters that share an element with the team's DPS to enhance their damage.

This effect is quite useful, especially for Supports. However, the drawback is that, in most cases, it's better to equip a more versatile set that can be useful in various situations. While the increase is interesting, the limitation to boosting the damage of characters who share an element with the wearer restricts our team composition options, which may not be highly recommended.
