"Broken Keel" is a very interesting Planar Ornament Set for characters looking to provide greater support to their team, which is why it's mainly equipped on characters from Harmony or Abundance.
This set grants us a bit of Effect RES and will increase the CRIT DMG of our entire team as long as our character has 30% Effect RES or more, making it common to equip on those characters who acquire this statistic through their Traces or, of course, for those who already increase Critical Damage through their own mechanics such as Bronya or Sparkle.
However, keep in mind that some teams don't benefit much from CRIT DMG, such as those specialized in Damage over Time (DoT) or Break DMG-focused teams.
