"Yet Hope Is Priceless" is Jade's signature Light Cone, and it is ideal for characters following the Path of Erudition who specialize in Follow-Up Attacks (which is most of them). However, there are a few restrictions you need to keep in mind.
To start, it provides a CRIT Rate boost, a valuable stat for the vast majority of DPS characters in the game. The more restrictive aspect of this Light Cone is that it significantly increases our Follow-Up Attack damage when our CRIT DMG exceeds 120%. To achieve the maximum bonus, you would need 200% CRIT DMG, which is not easy to obtain unless you have exceptional artifacts. However, Jade's skill set grants her a substantial amount of CRIT DMG, allowing her to reach these thresholds without difficulty.
Additionally, the Light Cone causes the character's Follow-Up Attacks to ignore 20% of the enemy's DEF for 2 turns at the start of the battle or after using a Basic ATK. Most characters following the Path of Erudition won't want to use their Basic ATK frequently, but Jade is an exception as she often performs Basic Attacks.
Overall, it's a great Light Cone, but it comes with several restrictions that limit the number of characters who can effectively utilize it. It also requires top-tier equipment for most characters (except for Jade). If you can at least meet the 200% CRIT DMG requirement, it becomes quite worthwhile in most cases. However, achieving this is not an easy task.
