"What is Real?" is a 4-star Light Cone designed for characters following the Abundance Path, and it is quite peculiar because its statistics are not particularly ideal for characters specializing in team healing, as is common in this path.
Currently, this Light Cone is not recommended for any of the characters available in Honkai Star Rail, as it doesn't benefit any of the current healers in any significant way.
There are rumors that it will likely be a Light Cone that will be quite useful for "Gallagher", the character featured in the picture, and is expected to be introduced at some point from version 2.1 onward.
