Victory In a Blink is a Remembrance Light Cone that’s easy to obtain, as it can be purchased from the Light Cone Manifest store (using points earned in the end-game). It’s particularly useful for characters specializing in the Support role.
The most notable feature of this Light Cone is its ability to slightly boost the damage output of the entire team for 3 turns, provided the bearer or their Memosprite (the pets of Remembrance characters) use an ability on an ally (essentially, when they apply a buff to a teammate). This makes it a valuable tool for providing additional support, which is exactly what a Support character should aim to do.
Additionally, it offers a modest increase in CRIT DMG, a stat that’s particularly valuable for the Trailblazer Remembrance (a Support character). This makes it an ideal and highly F2P-friendly Light Cone for that character (who is an excellent Support, by the way).
