Time Waits for No One is undoubtedly one of the most interesting Light Cones for characters from the Path of Abundance in Honkai Star Rail, and we highly recommend it.

This is because, in addition to stat increases like HP and Outgoing Healing (essential for most Healers), it has a very interesting passive ability that accumulates the overhealing our Healer does, and a portion of it is converted into damage that we will deal to the enemies we attack.

It's a rather fascinating way to turn excess healing (which often occurs) into a source of damage. Generally, we won't deal extremely high damage, but every bit helps.
