Those Many Springs is Jiaoqiu's signature Light Cone and is undoubtedly an excellent choice for our Nihility characters who specialize in DoT (Damage over Time).
This Light Cone is particularly beneficial for typical DoT-focused characters who require a massive amount of Effect Hit Rate (Black Swan is a prime example), as it provides a substantial boost to this stat.
The next part of its passive is fantastic, allowing you to apply a debuff that significantly increases the damage enemies take. Additionally, if these enemies receive DoT damage from the Light Cone's wielder, the debuff is further enhanced. This is great because it not only boosts the damage of the wielder but also amplifies the damage of your teammates, thereby providing strong support to the entire team.
