"Resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweat" is a 4-star Light Cone for Nihility characters which is quite decent as it can be equipped smoothly by almost all characters from the Way, providing an interesting utility to its wearer. However, of course, some characters will make better use of it than others.

As you know welt (i mean, well), characters from this Way specialize mainly in applying debuffs, and this Light Cone allows the wearer to apply an additional buff that is very interesting: a Defense Reduction to enemies they attack. This implies increased damage for your entire team against enemies afflicted with this debuff.

It will be better utilized by support-oriented characters (since those more focused on DPS, both direct and through DoTs, usually have better options). Moreover, if these characters can also attack in an area to apply Defense Reduction to more enemies, then even better.

It's important to note that the Light Cone performs optimally in S5 because we won't have a 100% base probability of applying its debuff until then. Otherwise, you won't apply it very often, even considering that Nihility characters generally have a high Effect Hit Rate if built correctly.
