"Past and Future" is a 4-star Light Cone for Harmony characters, and it's actually not bad, although not every character on the path can fully utilize it. Its effect significantly boosts the damage of the next ally when the bearer uses their Basic Skill, making it an ideal cone for Bronya since her Basic Skill precisely advances an ally's action and increases their damage. You could say it's this character's f2p cone.
However, Bronya isn't the only one with these mechanics; ultimately, this light cone will be most useful for Harmony characters who advance an ally's action with their Basic Skill, as is also the case with Sparkle.
