"Moment of Victory" is a 5-star Light Cone designed for characters on the Preservation Path, and we highly recommend it as it proves to be very useful for almost all Preservation characters, especially those benefiting from Defense – which is, practically, most of them.
This Light Cone provides substantial amounts of Defense, a crucial stat for the majority of Preservation characters. Increased Defense enhances the power of their shields, contributing to the overall survivability of our team. It's worth noting that for characters like Fu Xuan, who build more around HP than Defense, it may not be as useful.
But that's not all – the Light Cone also increases the bearer's aggro, a valuable trait for these characters as they are typically resilient, and having them draw enemy attacks is preferable. Additionally, it grants Effect Hit Rate, a stat that boosts the effectiveness of characters with taunt mechanics, such as the Trailblazer Fire, or characters that frequently inflict freezing effects, like Gepard or March 7th.
As you can see, it's an all-encompassing Light Cone, and as such, we highly recommend it, especially for the characters listed below.
