"Memories of the Past" is a 4-star Light Cone for Harmony characters which isn't bad at all. However, it's quite niche, meaning only a few characters can truly make the most of it.
The main appeal of this Light Cone is its decent Break Effect, a stat that's mostly useless for most Harmony Path characters in the game. Fortunately, there are a few characters that can benefit greatly from this stat. We'll list them below, but know that Trailblazer Harmony is a clear example.
In addition to what's been explained, it also helps us recharge the Ultimate Skill better since we generate a bit of energy when attacking. It's not a huge amount, but every bit counts, and this small additional contribution is appreciated.
