Inherently Unjust Destiny is a 5-star Light Cone for Preservation Path characters. It's Aventurine's flagship Light Cone, so it's ideal for him (imagine if it wasn't!) and is heavily geared towards tanks looking to enhance their offensive capabilities.

This provides us with a large amount of Defense (a very useful statistic for almost all characters on the Path except for some exceptions), a substantial amount of Critical Damage when we apply a shield to someone, and also a probability of applying a debuff to enemies we hit with a Follow-Up Attack, increasing the damage they receive.

Since the probability of applying this effect is 100% base (in S1), we would need a 67% Effect Hit Rate to guarantee application. However, since it applies upon hitting (not using) Follow-Up Attacks, it will be quite probable to apply it if our character strikes several times with this type of attack (as is the case with Aventurine), even without any Effect Hit Rate investment (which would be a waste of statistics in most cases).

The downside of the Light Cone is that as of today, it's only useful for Aventurine, although it's also an interesting option for an offensive-oriented Trailblazer Fire. It doesn't perform Follow-Up Attacks, but it will make good use of everything else.
