"Indelible Promise" is a 4-star Light Cone designed for characters following the Destruction Path, primarily known for providing a substantial amount of Break Effect to the wearer. Additionally, it significantly boosts the CRIT Rate after using the Ultimate Skill.
While it's true that the CRIT Rate boost after using the Ultimate Skill is advantageous for nearly all Destruction Path characters, it would be wasteful to equip this Light Cone solely for that reason. Therefore, it's recommended to equip it on characters that greatly benefit from the Break Effect, such as Xueyi.
Keep in mind that the CRIT Rate increase only lasts for 2 turns, so you may not be able to maintain it 100% of the time. Additionally, since you'll be receiving this extra CRIT Rate boost, it's advised not to exceed 85%/70% CRIT Rate (depending on superimposition) on the character you equip it to, to avoid wasting stats, as you might end up surpassing 100% CRIT Rate after using the Ultimate Skill.
