"Incessant Rain" is Silver Wolf's flagship 5-star Light Cone, and truth be told, it's a highly intriguing Light Cone that can be harnessed by virtually all characters following the Path of Nihility.

Right from the start, it provides a substantial amount of Effect Hit Rate, a crucial stat for characters on this Path as it determines how often our characters will successfully apply debuffs or negative statuses.

But that's not all; we also gain a bit of CRIT Rate when hitting enemies with at least 3 debuffs applied. Therefore, it's best suited for characters who apply numerous debuffs (or whose team generates them frequently). With our attacks, we can apply a debuff that increases the damage enemies receive, making it ideal for providing enhanced support to the team.

In general, it can be equipped on virtually all Path characters: supports, DPS, DoT specialists, and more. So, to sum it up, it's a Light Cone that is definitely worth considering.
