Hey, Over Here" is a 4-star Light Cone for characters from the Path of Plenty, a path known for featuring characters in the Healer role.
It's quite an interesting cone, although in our opinion, it's not among the best 4-star options available. It provides HP%, a stat that can benefit almost all Healers, and it also increases our overall healing after using the Skill.
Except for some exceptions, it's not very common to use the Skill extensively on our Healers unless strictly necessary. Generally, it's more cost-effective to invest Skill Points in characters specialized in dealing damage (DPS), so we may not fully capitalize on this aspect of the Light Cone.
