The maximum number of stacks is 4, but the drawback is that all stacks are lost when the bearer's turn ends.
However, it's important to note that when the character performs Additional Actions during their turn (this also applies if you use the Ultimate Skill on their turn or right after taking an action before the turn ends), it's considered that they are still in the same turn. This is a crucial aspect to consider when utilizing this Light Cone.
In summary, it's beneficial to equip Final Victor on characters that either land multiple hits with their skills or have mechanics that grant them Additional Actions or Follow-up Attacks during their turn.
