"Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds" is a 4-star Light Cone designed for characters following the Harmony Path, and it is exclusively available through the Battle Pass, requiring payment for acquisition. In this regard, it is regrettable that the Light Cone is only accessible through payment, considering its significant value.

Essentially, the wearer provides either ATK%, CRIT DMG, or Energy Regen Rate to the entire team on each turn. Which of these three effects is bestowed upon our companions is determined at the beginning of the wearer's turn and the start of the battle. Naturally, only one effect can be active at a time (reminding one somewhat of the Catalyst The Widsith from Genshin Impact).

All three effects are compelling for enhancing the damage and effectiveness of our team members, although it is true that depending on the team composition and luck, this Light Cone may be less appealing. For instance, the CRIT DMG effect might not be very useful for teams centered around Damage over Time (DoT), or the ATK% effect may be less beneficial for DPS characters who derive more benefit from HP, such as Blade, for example.
