"Brighter than the Sun" is Imbibitor Lunae's flagship 5-star Light Cone, and it's undeniably a particularly useful Light Cone for this character. The drawback is that it may not be as beneficial for the vast majority of other characters on the Path of Destruction.
Initially, this Artifact Set provides a significant amount of CRIT Rate, a highly valuable stat for any DPS-focused character, as is the case with all Path of Destruction characters.
However, the issue with this Light Cone lies in the subsequent part of its passive. Despite featuring two quite interesting effects (Energy Regeneration Rate and ATK%), which can be stacked twice, we can only maintain them 100% of the time if equipped on a character who performs basic attacks every turn. This setup is ideal for Imbibitor Lunae but not for other characters on the Path of Destruction.
