Baptism of Pure Thought is Dr. Ratio's flagship 5-star Light Cone, and it truly proves to be a Light Cone of great utility for the vast majority of characters on the Path of the Hunt. Consequently, we highly recommend it. However, there are some things you should consider to make the most of it.
Firstly, you should team up with characters that apply debuffs (the more, the better). Ideally, it would be best to go alongside at least one Nihility character since they specialize in debuff application (Silver Wolf or Pela would be good examples).
Secondly, to activate a significant portion of the bonuses provided by this Light Cone, you need to equip it on a character whose Ultimate Skill inflicts damage (Topaz's does not cause damage; it enhances).
Furthermore, characters with Follow-up Attacks will make better use of it, especially those who deal substantial damage with such attacks (as is the case with Dr. Ratio).
