Sampo is a 4-star character from the Nihility Path and of the Wind element, specializing primarily in the application of DoTs (Damage over Time).
It is true that he is not the most recommended character in the game, mainly because he is not capable of dealing too much damage on his own, even when well-equipped and built. After all, the goal of a DoTer is the same as that of a DPS (Damage Per Second), but they utilize Damage over Time.
The good news is that with the inclusion of Kafka, Sampo has gained significant value because she is none other than the best companion he can have. She benefits greatly from his DoTs and the increase in Damage over Time that Sampo can apply to enemies.
