Quingque is a character from the Erudition Path and of the Quantum element, and she stirs some controversy within the Honkai Star Rail player community because her kit depends somewhat on chance, which puts off many players.
However, I must say that despite being a 4-star character, Qingque is undoubtedly one of the best DPS (Damage Per Second) characters in the game. However, to utilize her effectively, you need to know how to play her correctly and build an entire team focused on enhancing her.
It's true that she consumes a lot of action points (partially mitigated by her E6 ability), but when combined with characters who consume fewer action points and can support her, Quingque can cause incredible amounts of damage compared to what we are accustomed to seeing from 4-star characters.
