Moze is a 4-star character who is absolutely worth investing in and is undoubtedly one of the best 4-star characters in Honkai Star Rail.

He can deal quite impressive damage for a 4-star character intended to be a Sub DPS, and he has a really nice feature: using his Basic Skill, he applies a very interesting effect on the enemy that amplifies the damage they receive from Follow-Up Attacks. Additionally, Moze will literally disappear from the field for a few turns (making him untargetable, though he will still attack, of course).

As you can imagine, he is highly recommended for Follow-Up Attack teams, and naturally, he has a mechanic that allows him to perform these types of attacks quite frequently. You could say he's a sort of F2P Topaz, although surprisingly, he performs at a level quite similar to hers.
