Thundering Pulse is Yoimiya's 5-star bow and is of course a fantastic bow for her as it'll give her a huge amount of Normal Attack Damage, Critical Damage and Attack %.
The problem with the bow is what usually happens with many of the 5-star weapons designed for a specific character, which is that they are generally very specific and in the end it's normal that there aren't many characters that can take advantage of it well, except the character for which it has been conceived.
In general terms, it's a very good bow for any Main DPS archer who specializes in Normal Attacks… but despite not being too demanding with the requirements, we don't have many characters that meet them.
