Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers is such a powerful 3-star Catalyst that even as a 3-star weapon, it's often used in many compositions.
It has a nefarious Base Attack, after all we are talking about a 3-star weapon. But, what makes this weapon amazing is that it'll provide a very high ATK% bonus to the character you switch to. That is to say, if for example I have it on Kokomi (because having a low Base Attack will give her a little the same), if after using it I change her for Nahida, Nahida would obtain that ATK%.
