The Bell is a 4-star claymore that has always been a Genshin Impact meme because the truth is that it's a weapon that stands out for something, it's because it's quite useless and for this reason in general we don't recommend it. We continue to have faith that one day it'll really be worth it for some character.
Dori would be the only character that can take advantage of it, but even then she has better options for herself such as Sacrificial Greatsword.
