Talking Stick is the Claymore from the second batch of weapons in the Genshin Impact Battle Pass introduced in version 4.0. Like all Battle Pass weapons, it's an interesting choice for his CRIT Rate providing.
As you'll notice in the character list below, there are not many recomended. While it's a decent weapon, its passive ability is somewhat intricate, requiring the character to be affected by Pyro and also by Hydro, Cryo, Electro, or Dendro (Pyro + one of the other elements except Geo and Anemo) to fully utilize it.
It's not bad, but the complex passive does hinder its appeal. However, what makes it less recommended is the presence of Serpent Spine (the other Battle Pass Claymore), which is simply an incredible and significantly better weapon for the majority of characters in the game.
