Song of Broken Pines is Eula's weapon and any character that bases its damage on physical damage (as long as it's a Main DPS) and of course while having the ability to carry this type of weapon, will be a good candidate for it.
It stands out for providing Physical Damage (something that also implies that it isn't very versatile) and a very high Base Attack. It's true, however, that in general terms Wolf's Gravestone is a weapon that offers better results and that it's also much more versatile and can be carried by more characters, so it isn't a weapon that is worth acquiring.
