Solar Pearl is the catalyst for the Genshin Impact Battle Pass and is a very powerful and versatile catalyst (Battle Pass weapons are generally very good) as it's suitable for both Main DPS and Support DPS characters.
It's more comfortable and recommended in Main DPS characters since they'll get more out of it, but if you equip it to a Support DPS it'll only be enough to perform a Normal Attack before performing the Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst since otherwise you'll not take advantage of its passive ability.
