Skyward Pride is the claymore of the Skyward family of weapons and as we have commented on the other weapons of this family, its passive is quite irrelevant, although at least in this case it's used more since physical damage is more present in characters of claymore.
It stands out above all for providing us with Energy Recharge, so it'll be ideal for Main DPS that need this statistic a lot. The most obvious and relevant case would be Eula, since she's a physical character with a lot of energy problems.
