Skyward Atlas is a 5-star catalyst that isn't bad as such, but it's true that for a 5-star weapon one would expect something a little better than this.
Good Base Attack, it also provides a good amount of Attack %, a small increase in additional damage… but where it loses a lot of potential is in the passive since the additional damage that we'll do with it is physical damage and therefore no character takes the profit it should. This is something that has an even greater impact on catalyst characters, since they do not have physical damage of any kind.
