Sacrificial Fragments is the catalyst of the sacrificial weapons family and it's very interesting because unlike the other sacrificial weapons it doesn't provide us with Energy Recharge, but Elemental Mastery.
The passive remains the same, which allows us to reset the cooldown of the Elemental Skill, something very valuable to improve the energy generation of the team. But… the fact that this one in particular gives us Elemental Mastery makes it much more viable for characters who take advantage of this stat.
