Prototype Amber is quite an interesting Forge Catalyst that is especially viable for Healer characters that benefit from the Health stat (which is the most common for Healers).
Also, since his passive allows us to heal our team, it's recommended to also equip him with a Support DPS to serve as a Healer (so you can get rid of it and go with a character that deals more damage). However, for this to work, you'll need to use it on Permafrost comps (frozen enemies) or dodge very well because the healing it does isn't very relevant in the end.
