The Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is undoubtedly one of the best Spears in Genshin Impact due to its effectiveness and the fact that it can be used by almost all Main DPS characters in the game, making it very versatile.
Its operation is as simple as it is effective; as we strike with our character, we will accumulate stacks that grant us an ATK% boost, and upon reaching the maximum stacks, we receive a damage increase. However, this only works if the character is active on the battlefield, which is why it's only worthwhile for a Main DPS character.
In addition to this, it provides a good Base Attack and increases our Critical Rate, which is also appreciated. Undoubtedly, a spear that you will be glad to have in your arsenal.
