While not particularly renowned for its overwhelming power, this Catalyst holds its own quite well. It provides an ATK% bonus (alongside a relatively high Base ATK for a 4-star weapon) and a substantial amount of Energy Recharge after using the Elemental Skill.
It can be effective on any DPS character that enhances their damage through ATK and requires a significant amount of Energy Recharge. However, since there are better Catalysts available for DPS roles, it is typically used more for Supports or Healers who benefit from the ATK bonus.
