Light of Foliar Incision is Alhaitham's 5-star weapon and is specialized for characters that benefit a lot from Elemental Mastery and deal good damage with their Normal Attacks and Elemental Skill, so it's geared towards Main DPS characters.
It stands out for having a low Base Attack, but makes up for it with a massive amount of CRIT DMG. In addition to this, it increases the damage done by Normal Attacks and Elemental Skill depending on the Elemental Mastery the wielder has.
Unfortunately it's quite a specific weapon and therefore we don't recommend it on too many characters. The weapon is good, but it requires several requirements that very few characters meet.
