Freedom-Sworn is Kaedehara Kazuha's sword, although it's so good that many other characters can use it. It's viable for the vast majority of characters that have the role of Support or Support DPS, especially if they also take advantage of Elemental Mastery. But even without that, it's still worth it for the buff it provides to the team.
